Personal Training

Offered as 1:1 or small group sessions. This training plan is bespoke for you. It includes behaviour coaching, free tracking and measurements as well as nutritional guidance. These can be face to face or online.

Sports Massage

Got a niggle that will not budge? Or are you competing in sport and need break up sessions? Our massage can support getting ready for physical activity, recovery from events and injuries. Come and visit our studio and treatment therapy room in Rainham. We even give you a rehabilitation home programme.

A 1:1 service to focus on Mummy recovery, reversing incontinence or improving prolapse symptoms. Tailored to your specific needs to aid your unique recovery journey.

What are your nutrition goals? Do you know how many calories your body burns a day? Do you understand your nutritional needs? We advise in nutrition for weight loss, weight gain, to compliment your sport or event, and we can set a meal plan tailored to your unique body compositions.
